Crafting Your Radiant Vision
When do you feel most radiant? When does life seem to sparkle for you? When do you hear your soul-voice most clearly? These are a few of the ouusti join you'll receive a beautiful workbook with prompts to thoughtfully create your vision for the next 12-weeks and beyond, which you'll send this back to me. Our first session is 90-minutes, where we'll get laser clarity on what you wish to embody in this season of your life, and which desires you're ready to see flourish. After the session you'll receive a ten page Look Book; a colorful, custom document that clarifies your vision and enfolds your intentions in beauty.

Soma means body. The first few weeks you will get to know your body on a whole new level. Beyond the basics, you'll dive deep into listening for intuition, clearing tension, and liberating life force through your weekly Self Coaching Practices. Hello! I’m Mary Lofgren.
I'm a lover of all things beauty, art and sensory pleasure. Anything slow crafted, and artisanal delights me. A horse’s soft breath on my hand makes my whole body melt.
The thing I love most in this world is sinking below the chatter of our minds, and indulging in the honeyed, vulnerable, soulful radiance of our hearts.
My career in the Embodied Arts spans 20+ years. I’m an award winning, certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, the host of the Come To Your Senses Podcast, and a licensed Esthetician. I am certified in several intuitive movement methods such as yoga and Qoya.

I specialize in working with people who identify as women but this program is open to anyone who is wishing to grow through an experience of embodiment coaching.

I open and close enrollment for my coaching clients so that I can be 100% devoted to you once we begin. These spots are precious as they cannot be re-filled once the program has begun. For this reason, once the coaching agreement has been signed, there are no refunds.
If you choose the payment plan option, please know that this is a good faith agreement and a courtesy, not a membership subscription, and you are responsible for fulfilling the full payment agreement.
